We ask that you provide all necessary details to our design team and respond to their contact in a timely manner. Your designer will ask for several required details in order to create the initial proof, including contact information, measurements, material, quantity, installation, logo files, and more. Your designer can provide an accurate quote once they have all necessary information. Certain projects will require a half-down deposit prior to design, such as projects with meticulous design. Other projects will require a half-down deposit prior to production, such as projects with specially-ordered material.  By approving a design, you are accepting that your project will come out exactly as presented, and cannot be changed after approval.
